Succesful Technical Study tour to Helsinki and Tallinn

25 partcipants from PIANC Norway has been on a successfull Study Tour to Helsinki and Tallinn. In Helsinki we visited Vuosaari Harbour, new port developement project and the Finnish Maritime Administration. In Tallin our hosts were the Tallinn Port Authority. The tour was arranged in beatiful autumn wether and addition to the technical information the group had an nice experience in the old town of Tallinn and on a boat trip through the Helsinki archipelago. The excursion was very succesful and both the hosts and visitors seemed satisfied when Norwegians' journey continued towards Tallinn in the evening of thursday 27th.
